If you've ever wondered why I'm so perky of an afternoon... perhaps not, but I'll plough on... my secret is Graze boxes. I have been receiving a lovely Graze fruit box for the past 6 months, filled with tasty energy boosters such as chocolate dipped nuts, flapjacks, roasted seeds, marinated olives and dried and fresh fruit.
You can let the clever people at Graze choose your box for you, or tailor make your own by rating each food on the Graze website and choosing which to 'bin', 'like', 'love' and 'send soon'!
My personal favourite are Kalamata olives with chilli and garlic, 'bakewell tart' which is a mixture of almonds, cranberries and raisins infused with cherry juice, and golden honey nut hazelnuts; just the thing to get you through the 3 o'clock work slump.
Graze boxes are nutritionally balanced and delivered first class through your letterbox on the day of your choice. There are 2 types of box; the Fruit box, (with 3 punnets inside, one of delicious fresh fruit and 2 nibble punnets) and the Nibble box which has 4 punnets of treats. Both arrive in style, in recyclable card with little bamboo forks and a nutrition card inside.
If you'd like to try a box for free and also get your second box half price, go to the Graze website www.graze.com and use the following code TASTEOFEUROPE
Let me know what you think!

Fab, although I'm more of a binger than a grazer and ended up eating it all much too quickly. I enjoyed it so much, I've signed up for a weekly nibble box. In the meantime, I've been working on my discipline in the hope that this one may last longer than a day.
